How do i set up subscribe & save
How does it work?
It couldn’t be easier, just choose your vitamins and select 'Subscribe and Save'. We will then bill the card you used to make the original purchase on the reorder date every 4 weeks. Your subscription will be billed and delivered within 3-5 days; before you are due to run out, giving it plenty of time to get to you in the post.
Can i cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, after your minimum period of 3 subscriptions. It’s easy to cancel from your account settings. Alternatively, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our friendly customer service team will happily cancel your subscription for you.
Frequently asked questions
What payments method can i use for subscriptions?
Subscriptions are set up using a credit or debit card. This card will then be used to pay for future subscriptions. Card data is stored via under the highest level of security with the payment processors and cannot be used for any other purpose other than for subscription re-billing. We do not store any card details.
How often will i receive my order?
On receipt of your order we will dispatch your first pack immediately. Thereafter, your item(s) will be dispatched as frequently as you prefer. you are in full control of your subscription frequency. We do recommend 4 weeks, this allows a continuous supply of vitamins for your child.
Is it possible to pause my subscription?
You can pause your subscription at anytime. Just login to your account and amend, pause or cancel. Alternatively, contact us and we will be more than happy to do this for you.
Is it easy to cancel?
It’s easy to cancel from your account settings. Alternatively, simply contact us at email@example.com and our friendly customer service team will happily cancel your subscription for you. Please note, minimum 3 month subscription period must lapse before a cancellation can be made.
